WELCOME, we're so glad you decided to stop by! I'm Jeremy. My wife, Nicole, and I live in beautiful SF Bay Area after moving from the east coast. It is every nature enthusiast's dream. My wife immigrated to Canada as a young child. Her parents worked tirelessly to provide for the necessities of life. They worked in housekeeping at a hotel in downtown Ottawa, Canada. They also harvested fruits and vegetables at a local farm to earn a living.
Meanwhile, I lived across the Peace bridge in Buffalo, New York. Love for family, winter sports, volunteerism and the environment was our commonality. We both had a dream to one day own our very own home. For us, it was the pinnacle of realizing the fruits of our labor - "The American Dream" - and an opportunity to be able to pay it back for our parents.

DREAM BIG. We quickly realized home ownership was just the beginning of our journey. We wanted to own the land our home was built on. After years of working in Silicon Valley, we left our corporate careers to pursue our passion of land ownership. Just as people love to collect stamps, sneakers, baseball cards, or even cryptocurrency, we love to collect land. Each land investment is personal to us. It's like holding history in our hands.
OUR NORTHSTAR. We have built a purpose driven land investment company that partner with Sellers globally. We work with Sellers who no longer want the responsibility of land ownership for a number of reasons.

We strive to be responsible global citizens and help care for our land. As environmental stewards, we've partnered with nature-based solution providers to plant trees.
Our providers partner with planting organizations globally to fund the operation, education, and preservation of planting sites. When you partner to sell your land with us, we pledge to plant one tree. Sell one, plant one. Planting trees is the most scalable and efficient way to help climate change. It also empowers local communities with jobs to protect their land and environment. This life-saving work reminds me of my resilient in-laws when they use to work "the land" in search for a better dream.
As technology has advanced with satellite imaging and by leveraging data, artificial intelligence and automation, our partners can assist in monitoring forest changes to help conserve and restore forests worldwide. We can also purchase carbon credits on your behalf to support a forest project from a global portfolio when you decide to sell your land to us.
